Regarding the requests to maintain the effects of Hagakure over a specified period of time, this would raise the strength of this ability too much, so implementation would be tough.

The save TP for Hagakure has the ability to reduce the number of attacks necessary to reach 100TP by 1 or 2. The TP bonus will be 100TP, similar to Hagun.

With these changes, our goal was to increase the frequency of weapon skills and their damage, but we shortened the recast time as well for the Test Server.

Well looking over all the small updates on other jobs it seems they are lowering most of the new JA from 5 > 3min and maybe lwoering the 10min ones to > 5min? <havnt seen update for all jobs yet> this is the trend im seeing in any case, also some duration extensions..with that in mind im assuming 3min recast now? which is nice

Seems to me like in the test server you can use it more frequently. So the re-cast timer will go UP in the real server.

Hagakure has a SAVE TP effect on it. I think like 100% Save TP.

"for the test server" implies that they adjusted it for the test server, and not for the other servers when the update goes live. It's just an implication though, which could suggest that it may not in fact change. Basically the wording is ambiguous, maybe the JP text would be easier to understand?

Presumably they're checking to see if lowering the timer makes it too OP - They'll probably compare the results against the 5 min timer & decide what's is best "for the balance of the game"

I acknowledge that Kaiten users are going to get little to no sympathy from the rest of the community because Masamune is so much easier to get, but please understand that it is pretty screwed up that they have -- thus far! obviously the end is not in sight yet -- pretty much thrown relics to the wayside in favor of ridiculously easier to get weapons.

And recent updates have been a slap in the face to people who have Amanomurakumo.

I truly appreciate that there are great weapons out there that are easier to get than relics/mythics. But still. 2.5 years farming currency to make Amano. (Granted, this was splitting currency with other folks so it wasn't all going to one weapon.)

Once past the NM/VNM stage of the build-up weapons, 2.5 days I can get 80, 85 and a good way into 90 Masamune. Carabosse and CC are jokes. Isgebind is a pain, but still pretty easy comparatively.

Some form of catch-up for relics would be greatly appreciated.
