Fairly sure Comet drops of the new High Kindred battles. Someone on Phoenix was shouting to sell it for 2,500,000, and 10 minutes prior he was in either Boneyard Gully or Bearclaw Pinnacle.. Too tired to remember which one specifically. Good luck hunting~

Hurry up and find these scrolls already will ya? :) Say hi to the gang for me! there are about 42000 people on asura numbers wise there atleast 1200 that have BLM lvled on asura if the nm spawns every 72 hrs and if it was a 100 percent drop rate then there would only be about 121 scrolls drop a year at that math you are looking at 9 yrs for every blm to have this spell thats if this nm is the only nm that drops it
