Dreamland Dynamis Reborn

so after going into Valkurm after the update today, i am completely lost. the only thing i learned was there are mobs EVERYWHERE. upon entry we were given the option to enable or disable SJ and according to previous information from SE it says "Certain items required to upgrade relic and relic +1 will not drop if SJ restriction is not enabled". So, does this mean accessories WILL drop if you have SJ on? We tried looking for the flies previously used to unlock SJ only to find they didn't exist anymore. No info on wiki yet but i can confirm that we did get currency, a -1 mnk piece, and standard relic gear with SJ restricted, but no accessories presented themselves. Any information i can get would be great.
