any1 know if the past update had any weapon skill refinements because i remember reading that being apart of an update. not sure if it was this 1 or the 99 cap update

Haven't seen anything yet, but I'm crossing my fingers that they'll either do it during the 99 update or hopefully during a mid-patch when they implement +3 TotM staves.
