trying to do a bit of research on this as it just came up in ls chat.

does anyone know if Atma of the Azure Sky's -10 secs to bp delay is over the cap of -15 secs or counts towards the cap? so are you getting 35 sec delays while using full bp delay gear? or still 45?

all atmas count as gear, as far as I know
