Where Are Those Reinforcements?

Just as title says, been doing bhaflau the past couple days and popping the rampart @ the 4th floor (peryton) without seeing this stupid NM, i mean, 0 times ; ;

Anyone had such bad luck? my set mate has the other 2 pieces for skadi body but this bs is just trolling us so damn bad :x

Is this glitched? or just very very bad luck because we went 3/3 on usu feet one, 3 in a damn row (or almost).

The ramparts are either on or off. If they're on they'll typically pop before 50%, if they're off they won't spawn anything. So if you don't see a NM pop after it reaches 50% it's a pretty safe assumption it's not going to spawn one after.

It's not glitched, it's just shitty luck.
