Actually, no. They weren't. o_o They talked to the Third Hokage multiple times while they fought up until he sealed their souls with the Reaper Death Seal.

Yeah, I just rewatched that part. (They actually changed the anime styling for the Hokage fight like they did with Naruto Vs. Pain!) and the Second Hokage *** at Orochimaru for summoning him.
Orochimaru will most likely come back -- after the part where Itachi sealed him in the sword, a small snake popped off his body and hid in the rocks. Either he will come back or they are leaving the story line open just in case they run out of ideas and want to extend it longer. Or maybe he will take over Dr Oz's body and come back ... who knows. The story just seems to be revolving around Oro and his tactics still even though he died like 100 chapters ago
The white snake that appeared after Orochimaru was sealed by Itachi was burned by Amaterasu after the end of the battle between Sasuke and Itachi, so if that was Orochimaru, he's long dead. But it makes sense that the story widely revolves around him. Seeing as how, Orochimaru = the older version of Sasuke. (Re: Naruto/Sakura/Sasuke are the new generation of the three Sannin.)

put those kunai in their back, at that moment they were mindless zombies. It was pretty much just for like 1min after being summoned the kunai were put it, but Tobirama would have had that moment to use release. Maybe the author derped? lol yeah that site hasn't been working for me for some reason...

Sasuke hangs out with Tobi and tobi hangs out with Kabuto lol.
How comes Orochimaru was summoned to fight in the war (we see him in the Sea walking onto the bay with the white zetsu) when he was sealed by Itachi... but we have not seen his body vanish yet so its possible he will cheat the jutsu like Madara has

Tobi is a zetzu clone.
"Madara summoning kabuto to sacrifice him to power up even more" Da *** is this? Tobi feared Madara when summoned by Kabuto in the coffin, because he thought Kabuto would be able to control Madara and therefore *** up Tobi. It was blackmail, to make Tobi join forces with Kabuto, not the non-sense your sprounting out. If you go back and read a few chapters, Madara tells the kages that human kind is better off under the infinite Tsukuyomi. This tells us that Madara obviously wants that to become of the human race, and that's exactly what Tobi desires aswell. Unless your kishi and know that in the end, that wasn't tobi's intentions at all, because we sure haven't seen otherwise yet.
