Also I made a set for high accuracy. For the occasion where I could end up fighting Tojil with buffs down. How does it fair?

DEX path Mikinaak Helm provides a lot more accuracy than Phorcys if you're scrapping the X-hit and going for straight acc. If you're doing Tojil soon though I'd just skip it all together since Yaoyotl will instantly replace it for both Xhit and acc set.
