3-6? Strobe, flashblub, barrage turbine(rng), shield bash(ve), disruptor, I am not getting that many off in 15 seconds lol what am I missing? Strobe is every 30 and flashblub every 45 seconds I must be missing something....

Using Soulsoother, it's more like 3-5;
1# Strobe (every 30 seconds)
2# Flashbulb (every 45 seconds)
3# Disruptor (every 60 seconds) (only on certain monsters who have buffed themselves)
4# Automaton's actual WS (Needs TP obv.)
5# Master WS (Needs TP obv.)

If you have Sharpshot or Valoredge, add 6th chance with either Shield Bash or Barrage Turbine, making it 3-6 total.

But yea... I think it's a little embellishment when he says the Automaton always fires off 3-6 procs at the start.

Notice people aren't sharing their Automaton gear so much. Is everyone Soulsoother/Stormwalker like me?

What about attachments? I'm Strobe, Mana Booster, Tactical Processor, Power Cooler, Armor Plate I/II, Coiler, Auto-repair kit II, Economizer, Mana Tank II, Flashbulb, Damage gauge.

Considering changing the mobs i fight to include Disruptor, throwing in Inhibitor/Heat capacitor. Thoughts?

I pulled any attachments except barrage turbine that consumed a maneuver so I can keep a easy set rotation without the oops where my fire or light go for strobe or flash.

I wouldn't use Inhibitor since I'm content with the auto using TP whenever it has it for proccing. Heat capacitor would get annoying to me at least. Disruptor is nice but I only seem to get use out of it with crawlers.

In general Multi hit H2H are frowned upon for DMG but in a pure WS proc spam situation would they be a decent choice over STR magian H2H in this case? I do pretty well on PUP in dyna but I been considering trying to make a diff trial weapon purely for procing WS. Any Idea's if I would see any Diff with multi hit or Store TP?

I've never been limited by proc speed on PUP. I would typically pull 3-4 mobs at a time and they would all eventually get procced (most of the time) by me or the auto. I guess it would vary by playstyle, but for me, the auto was doing most of the proccing and I was doing most of the killing (in which case, multi-hits wouldn't have helped me much).

I pull about 175-200 a run usually PUP/THF and I probably only have a 75% proc rate on my runs and I never turn or wait for procs just spam kill and go since I think slowing down to proc would overall lower my rate. I was hoping that the store tp or multi hit would just up my own WS per mob but I have not heard kind things about them.

That's pretty much how my runs would go too, though I never parsed a proc rate. Seems like those other weapons would just slow you down. They're just terrible weapons in general.

good then I just won't waste my time making them not that they are to hard to make but i'll just stick with what I have and spend more time farming then on less then worthy trials

Do you guys aim for DC mobs or EP?

When I do EP mobs I seem to just kill them too damn quick to proc consistently.

Depends on the cycle really, and how many are available.

Yeah its real easy to do so just have to slow down a bit use ws that don't do heavy damage until procced...

EPs but I would pull 3-6 mobs at a time and cycle through them as the auto would proc them. I didn't have problems procing consistently unless I was just having a really bad proc day.

I had the same problem. Even my punches did too much for EP's so after 1-2 crap runs on EPs I stuck with DC mobs.

Did my first Dynamis on PUP tonight (actually PUP + PUP). We teamed up with two BSTs for three of the TEs, which was a lucky break. Overall, I enjoyed it more than BST, but currency was a bit lower (~30 less). My PUP is also not geared as well as my wife's, which explains part of the drop. I'm hoping with both of us getting Verethragna in the future as well as some other gear upgrades, that can be improved upon. It's so much better doing Dynamis as PUP, without the insane competition, mob thievery, and general irritation that comes with farming it on BST.

I did quite a few runs on dnc/00 and white's are just not worth it. You're better off /thf and just farming.

Yeah I completed my wagonrok and only seen 1 white proc with a dnc/00 and a pup/00 with a thf for th just crazy low proc rate....

If one uses the sharp shot frame damage shouldn't be an issue easily does 1k barrages and 2.5k love that little guy. I just use brawny and still can hit from 1.5 - 2k ws with stringing pummel sans sub.

Try one go pup/thf whm head the other pup/dnc sharp shot both use strobe and flash attachments and keep up fire and light and dark for whm and wind for sharp shot should easily profit. I also which between spinning attack and stringing pummel depending on if the mob is procced or not.

When I used to solo Dynamis I always used the Rdm head. The phalanx along with stoneskin made me near invincible. The heals were never an issue and it was really good for holding TP for when I used Victory smite or lesser ws's if I was trying to proc.

As for attachments the only ones I really remember off the top of my head are Mana tank(cant remember if 1 or 2), mana converter (dont have economizer), Strobe, flashbulb, mana booster, optic fiber, damage gauge, inhibitor, turbo charger, condenser. I can't remember the other ones I used but I think it may have been either shockabsorber or armor plate.

Anyways, I just use the rdm head for overall buffs to myself to increase survivability.

We usually do Valkurm or Qufim so WHM head is a must for Paralyna.

I'll try the sharp shot frame method next time. Mine is skilled up though not at cap. Why the /dnc for the second PUP?

Max flexibility to be-able to proc JA mobs if need pops up. JA mobs are easier to proc if competition is low. On my server 1 bynes and O. Brons are at least 2k higher in price most days so being able to farm ja and ws time with ease is win win.

This is my current tp set. I know i need to get better boots. Any suggestions to ny to set woukd be highly apreciated. Also i dont have acess to NNI. Any advice would be great. Also does food help out? if so what food should i buy? Yesterday i manage to get 182 singles. Thank you in advance for any advice.

Swop out your rancorous mantle, switch ghillie to an evasion earring, and food makes a huge difference. If your confident your not gonna die, bison steak is a good 3 hour food, otherwise, use yellow curry buns.

Why bother with DC's? You're on PUP so you're on WS proc time, with minimal competition if any. DC's are a tough one, I think with your lack of mythic/empy that solo DC's are out of reach.

After taking a break from Dynamis, I'm ready to go back in. What's a good camp sequence for Buburimu? I farmed an entire relic just doing Qufim/Valkurm but I'd love a third option for when those are full. I usually do hippo-goobue-funguar for Valk and weapon-raptor-kraken for Qufim, btw.

I like crab > crawler > rarab. Minimal walking since they're all in the same section of the map.

You will tear up EP mobs DC mobs can hurt unless your geared out the *** in my book just not worth it. It's all about the proc and kill speed so if open EP are always easier in my book little damage dies fast = profit...

Get out of here with all of that. Keep rancor, keep cirque neck, keep your ghillie. Just use the whm turban and know how to Dues > light manuever > C6. You can take 3-5 DCs at a time if you do it right (should you link/aggro). I farmed my Amano pretty much purely on pup, doing dyna valk. EP mobs died WAY too easily when I did it. Hell even the DCs died easy but at least I got enough pup actions off to proc usually.
