Connection Problems

Hello

I've been having some connection problems, so I though to ask any of you guys that might know what it is and/or how to fix it.

The problem is that sometimes my connection will go R 0 for several minutes. It won't DC and i can even keep chating w/o a problem, but all the players and mobs will stay still. Another thing is that it only happens on the game, because when this is going on I can still browser or use torrent and everyting. This problem started on february, in the previus 4 months I played, never had a problem.
I've disconnected the router, changed the cables, and even call my internet company, but nothing has changed. I was wondering if any of you have had this problem and might know the answer.
