Are they not doing a log in campaign this month? It's still just offering me everything from last month.

Does anybody actually have Moogle Mastery XXXVVV, and if so, are Trusts buffed at that level actually strong as heck in Sheol ABC/Gaol?

I'm at XV, and mine really don't seem any different than when I had none.

I have max Moogle Mastery, and it starts to make a difference at higher levels, would say 30+. They're still weak AF compared to players obviously, but some of them are quite durable, even on V25 bosses. They gain decent defensive stats the higher up the MM rank is and can take quite a beating. For instance, I used to use AAEV+Valaineral to tank Ongo for the first few moments when I needed to put on Helix to solo my own triple RP V25 farm. In some cases, Ygnas+AAEV can tank Ongo V25 indefinitely. Valaineral or any of the tank trusts can basically tank a few solid hits from C Agon Beastmen, long enough for you to kill a Halo and run back while they take the brunt of the beating.

Now when it comes to eating magic damage, of course they get flattened by V25 bosses, but they survive a lot longer at 45. None of the buffs are increase at higher tiers, though, so Qultada and the BRDs are still weak buffers.

From a DPS perspective, they're terrible. I think I've seen Qultada hit 15k Savage Blades in Sheol A before. Matsui-P is the strongest of them all, he can MB and Blade:Ten for decent damage (for a trust), but they're nothing to write home about. If you do a lot of stuff solo in Odyssey (farm mats, Segs, RP), it's worth leveling up Moogle Mastery, but if you have an alt or two, you won't miss the higher tiers at all.

Wish I could find more willing people to do Sheol A and B runs semi-regularly.
I did that on my own for a little bit, solo, but eventually I grew extremely bored.

The most annoying part is the NM popping I suppose. On the first 2 pop spots all of them are ok, but further on they get progressively much harder scaling very quickly. The last floor some of those NMs feel insanely hard, at least on Sheol A.
Didn't test much on Sheol B, I just assumed it to be the same.

Done with almost everything in Sheol C but I would need to pop some of the NMs nobody ever pops, I have like ~3 kills each for those and you need like 9 or something to reach the cap.
In the end I'm like Moogle Mastery ~9 for Sheol A, stomething ridiculous like 3 for Sheol B and 14 for Sheol C

On the Dyna D Su5 weapons, the B path with, "Chance of Follow-up Attack +50%"

Is that the same effect as Virtue Stone Proc, or is it weird wording for OAT?

I'd assumed OAT all this time, but I was looking up random DRG info, and found an old thread saying it was Jailer weapon like, so it can proc in the same round as another source of multi-attack.

Even at MM45 the trust tanks get one-shotted trying to tank Tier3s at v25.

Good for everything before T3.

Su5s are OAT-like. As in it triggers if no other sources of multi-attack proc.

Just to clarify FUA is along with virtue stones and is actually top of the list:
https://www.bg-wiki.com/ffxi/Category:Multi-Attack
It's checked multiple times as indicated above, but can only generate 1 swing per round.

That page doesn't mention the fact that Virtue Stone weapons can proc on WS too, unlike the other forms of follow up attacks in the same category, or am I misremembering?
Not that it matters these days, but still...

So Path B is like jailer weapons? i.e. It can proc on the second or first swing of a Double Attack, turning Double Attacks into Triples?

And Triples in Quadruples.

And Quadruples into quintuples?

That is how I understand it to be, (trusting whoever put that info in bgwiki).

Virtue Stone weapons

These about to make a comeback with new limbus.
Man they should bring back fans, pumps, and battery-operated weapons too.

Why is Twilight cape not the best in slot for nuking and curing if you have storm and obi on?

It's still pretty good for cures if you build around it, but for nukes the sheer number of stats on more modern capes have overtaken it. It's competing against, at minimum, 30 INT/20 Macc/20 mDMG/10 MAB or FC.

Twilight cape can be BiS for curing, but that is situational to light weather.

For nuking, it's just not BiS anymore. ambu JSE cape wins.

They'll make the new ammunition and theyll make sure it stacks to 12 just to bring back that original experience, now everyone can be like the faith h2h mnk and have 4 stacks disappear in 10 minutes(but worse cause delay caps and loads more MA)

They need to bring back status bolts before the ridiculous even for XI standards powered weapons.

Be fine if they just buffed the ones we already have. Land rates respectable but the duration on all of them are awful and the non-def down bolts/atk down arrows are just kind of meh

Not really a question, but SE typically introduces new Pets (or Avatars) or Pet adjustments when content is 2-3 years old. It's always later in a content's life cycle so pet jobs don't dominate it ...so, I would be completely shocked if SE released new Limbus and some new jug pets simultaneously.

Did you even consider going to http://www.playonline.com to find out if the servers are down?

If anyone has all wardrobes and stuff in them, what is the load time after zoning with 0 and 8.

Assuming you mean inventory, personal experience with my alt that has just the basic 2 wardrobes vs me who has all of them it takes the alt about 10~12 seconds to get everything up, while main takes roughly 45~full minute to finish loading everything up.

When you have all 8, do they load in order? so if you put stuff in 1-2-3-4 can be accessed normally before the loading icon has finished and made 5-8 available?

Light weather or light storm??
Can accept the latter but thought MAB was of diminshing returns and a straight up 1.05* modifier sounds hard to beat without doing the math.
