11 first place participants received this statue. All other entrants received Copse Candy x11.

Does anyone have god hands for Taru? I'm making a mod and looking at it on different races and they are backwards on taru when not engaged?

yeah please, godhands are kind of like a hand with fingers and the shards are supposed to curve into the leg like a hand but for me they go the opposite way. I wanna see if it's just a bug with dressup or something.

H2H weapons are turned out like that depends on race, you can really tell with any bagnahks or claws (I think... it's been a looooong time since not karambit)

I checked earlier (spec with godhands) and they were almost all in, only taru were out. I assumed it was a bug, but maybe they intended it to be that way if other h2h also do it.

There's dozens of claws, just check shiva's claws or blurred claws or denounments anything that's super obviously curved

TP up while it absorbs magic then sit on the TP and wait for it to swap to absorb physical before using the magic WS? Hell, wouldn't you have to use it while unengaged, requiring Gearswap? Seems agonizing but I'm pretty sure there's not a mechanic I'm missing. You can't red proc with a damage-absorbed WS, can you?

(speaking of - for those who don't know, you can lock it in magic absorb mode by using a trust like Arciela whose auto-attacks are secretly magic. then it just uses Virulent Haze forever countering her absorbed autos while you Savage Blade it to death)

I mean. Just freely ws to get your element and then wait. Or tp on a crab and hit it so it doesn't get locked in a tp spam.

I don't recall ever having issues with it, just turning and spamming fire till it changed or using a tp battery mob.

I mean, in practice I just get in there right after Virulent Haze but before the next one. It's not impossible. But it feels up there with Cuelebre (who never wants to land dammit) rather than Arimaspi (who summons adds you can proc because it flies). I guess it's just me?

A handful of the mobs totally suck no doubt. Like Ironclads. Every attack is a tp move.

Speaking of Abyssea, got a friend picking up BLU.

Barrier Tusk: can the Marids in Abyssea - Uleguerand ever have their tusks broken on a crit? I've never seen it happen, so I learned that spell there very easily, but I'd like confirmation from someone else before I update the wiki to say so.

I know that Clammy Imps in Vunkerl will use Frenetic Rip even with an intact horn, and I don't think I've ever seen their horns break, so I assume all ToAU mobs in Abyssea are similar... but I'm asking.

Has anyone completed a crafting shield, dropped it, and done another? If so, do you keep the KIs? The RoE progress? The title access?

Running VD Cloud of Darkness with a gravity kite strat and it's been working pretty well. However every now and then we get what seems to be an enmity reset and it'll just turn and start attacking one of the DPS. I don't think there's any ability going off when it happens and I've been careful to stay ~20y away (at first I thought it might've been caused by going too far, like 25+) and I'm fairly certain they're not actually taking threat after opening with pretty much every PLD/RUN JA and then reprisal/flash spamming. Anyone else run into that or have any idea what causes it? Fortunately the accessory drop rate is really high on VD so we shouldn't need to do it too many more times.

but, that said: RoE number is lost (you can only have one set of them in the category), title is kept, KIs are... kept? I think.

That is your DD capping Enmity and needs to sub /drg which is standard on gravity kite strats.

Does the type of bait matter when aiming for high pz / weight fish for Fish Ranking? This month, it is Grimmonite, but debating whether to use crayfish ball or shrimp lure for the highest pz.

Fish Ranking is hard when it is competitive, by the way.

Haven't seen any testing of this or anyone saying anything about it before, so i doubt it. Just gotta catch a ton of them and turn in the best you can find. There's not much trick to it other than to grind and hope.

Does anyone have anything in lua to drop the Obsidian Wing for the Sortie D coffer? It's a temporary item, so using the treasury drop list didn't work for me, but I'd like to just macro it.

I did the Tutorial quests (referenced in the update) in Sandy. If I change nations, can I do them in every nation?

Is it known anywhere what effect, if any, the https://www.bg-wiki.com/ffxi/Tactical_Assessment has on unlocking higher tier campaign ops?

I was able to open vanguard-x and crimson domino 2 and 3 at 4x repeats of the lower tier each, which was great, NPC escort sucks.

However, Iron Anvil and Crystal fist have been 25+ repeats of tier I without unlocks. If I'm doomed to 40-something repeats at each level this week, I'd rather know in advance and come back later when priorities change.

Going by memory here, but I dont think that will do whats being asked; thats using temp items, not dropping.

There may be drop code in there, but thats for main inventory items like einherjar lamp.

Probably worth noting for anyone else interested to go up a few posts from that and read the warnings and caveats to using code like that.

TLDR: the numbers are hardcoded if the bags/resources ever change, it will break and could potentially toss something valuable. Whatever it is will end up in recycle bin, but if you're just plowing through without noticing, it will suck.

Due to looking for a specific item in just temp bag, it should be reasonably safe, but be forewarned.

I'm eternally wishing I had augmented Nyame, and yet every time I read about Sheol - Gaol the only thing I retain for more than a day is that the system is terribly designed and we all put up with it because Nyame is amazing.

I read about it again. This is what I've got:
1. I'm V25 or V20 on the Tier 1s
2. I'm V20 on Bumba, but only V15 on some of the stuff leading up to him.

Reading the amplifier page, I think this means I could use the charge system to do something like Bumba V15 -> Sgili V25 -> Gogmagog V25 for ~5500 Bumba RP every cycle at the cost of 13500 segments.

Two questions:
1. Is that accurate?
2. I have DNC, THF, MNK, PLD, RUN, BLM, SMN, COR, SCH, and will obviously have to gear BST well enough to land Ooze, which is no big deal. I have a mule that has WHM and GEO. Should I target Sgili and Gogagog? Which jobs would you recommend?
