so finally managed to get my crimson finger gauntlets and augmented them with snapshot +4, basically wanted to try and quantify the bonus on alruna's gloves before i sell them back considering there is no concrete info on bg/wiki/other.

what exactly do i need to do to accurately test snapshot?

Recording and count frames it takes to fire with and without? xD maybe :P

Not sure if this would work, but you could make a script that spams /ra every 0.1 seconds and run a parse for a set period of time with and without snapshot. Use a high delay weapon so that the difference is more noticeable, and a weak weapon so that whatever you are shooting doesn't die. Do the testing on Thf to remove rapid shot.

Download fraps.
Record it, open with virtual dub and analyze frame by frame.

That's how I formulate ranged attack delay back in the day.
