Killing Ifrit, No Drops.

Hi, I've been having a problem in game today where once I beat Ifrit and the chest spawns, I will click it and it opens but nothing drops. I'm not complaining that it doesn't drop weapons, I'm saying it's not even dropping gil or dark matter. I've tried contacting support but no luck so far.

I was wondering if anybody else has experienced a similar problem before.

Could it be your chat filters?

Also, do you have the quest active (do you have an inferno lamp?)

I haven't changed my filters and I have been grabbing the quests yes.
After each fight I'll run back to the npc and he gives me my exp and I accept the quest again and get another lamp.

after you get the quest you talk to the npc again to trade him for a lamp. are you doing that part?

when you enter the fight you will get a msg that you dont have a lamp and you cant get drops, if you havent got the lamp.

Yes, I make sure to get a lamp every time. I've won the fight about 20 times, just the last 3 have glitched out or something.

You can only finish the quest and get exp if you have a lamp.
And I dunno. Never came across this so not sure why you're not getting anything.
