It's good for torcleaver, but ideally you should go for Ares or Augged Shadow.

Grim Cuirass is decent if you need the attack boost. But the real question (this from a Caladbolg user) why would you even use Torcleaver?

Torcleaver isn't bad when it's well buffed.
But Resolution is still better.
