I've had less then stellar luck getting this scroll, are they that barren on the server right now?

Anyone sitting on one, that they'd be willing to part with?

the bc under observation is a good source. level 40 cap. many working setups- (2 nin, rdm), (2 blu, rdm), (3 nin) (3 blu), (3 rdm)

i used to static this with some friends for charm. we probably did a total of 21 runs and we got 5 charms, and 12 ni's
