Well I was under the impression that the WS dmg+10% ones, didn't actually add +10% WS dmg, but added +10% to the dmg rating of the gun and then calculated the WS dmg using the new D rating. Is this wrong? It always sounded odd to me, that this was how it worked, but I recall hearing that. Which would mean the final part of the equation would be off.

I didn't add moonshade(if you have) and Fencer bonus if you /WAR though.
Moonshade should add another 0.03125 for each hit and Fencer add another 0.025 to both hits.

Really? I'm under the impression that WS dmg path adds straight +10% for whatever comes out.

If this is WS damage multiplier than its a good LS gun, if it just inceases based gun DMG by 10% then its worse than TP bonus and Arma 85.

Those weapons have this on it "Weapon skill: DMG+10%" not "Weapon skill damage+10%".

Yeah this is true, but it could be read either way. Either way it looks like the TP bonus has a major advantage over the WS:Dmg+10% gun. Looks like TP bonus is the 2nd best LS gun other than maybe Annihilator? But speaking from a strictly corsair side, it looks to be 2nd best.

You know what I meant :P. That TP bonus looks like the 2nd best (overall), but the best non empy/mythic choice for cor, and even then it might beat DP for just LS due to the TP bonus function, though I'm not sure on that since DP has 9 more base dmg.

Good question, and I'm totally not sure of the answer >_<. If one AM doesn't proc on WS it would be safe to assume the other wouldn't though, ya? Worth testing though.

Either way it looks like TP bonus beats at least the 85 Arma, so that's a good place holder gun until you can 90 your Arma, in situations where you aren't WF'ing anyways, no?

On that note as well though, is an MAB Erra a decent placeholder gun? I literally made one from start to finish in 2 days in Ule range, and figured it was at least a decent QD piece.

It's good on anything where you can use Leaden Salute(not much since Last Stand inception...), but damage is also decent. That's what I used until I finished my arma.

Coolio. So I don't really have to invest in a "better" place holder, for once I get off my *** and do my lotto NMs. Worst time sink ever lol. I'd rather solo 20 extra bosse than do the lotto NMs lol.

Its so worth it, i absolutely love my armageddon. The last Akvan i was on even spamming WF i was generating too much hate for the melees to keep it off me was rather fun lol.

Yeah though the DD werent that good haha as yeah 3k WF's were pulling hate after around 50-60%. The mnk didnt have a ws set for his vere because he didnt have toci's so he didnt bother making one...

Is there any reason why in Sauromugue Champaign against the Tabar Beak mobs that my slugshot with this set:
(I know its a terrible set, im picking up some alruna's tonight to help slightly)
Was hitting 3.2k whilst my Wildfire, with fire storm and MAB roll, only hit 1.4k with this set?
My Marksmanship skill is only 385 (I know that I need to cap it >_>)
(Last Stand with the slugshot set deat ~2500)
Is there something im missing that made WF hit so low?

Weak to piercing~ but I'm not sure why your wf was that low...
And if I can suggest immediate improvements: elemental belt/gorget for LS and Aluh jambiya(and war sub). While for WF you need Mirke and Karin obi(should always use it with firestorm).
