hello
I'm trying to farm dark, light, and thunder spirit pacts.
It seems like the best place to farm is
for light : temple of uggalepih
for dark : ulegurand range
for thunder : BCNM
but then I saw campagin unions also give all three scrolls too.
would doing campaign battles and opening union chests be better than farming the scrolls?

Where to farm spirits
Drops from campaign way too random to try to shoot for something specific. Just go farm them, shouldn't take too long.

I wouldn't pin your hopes on getting anything from campaign aside from Allied Notes and experience.

Vee Qiqa the Decreer, leader of the Divine Templars, from my experience, has the potential of dropping Spirit scroll to union chest. A rare drop for sure.
I did Viscount Morax for the Dark Spirit as it has an easy pop condition as well as a good drop rate.
BCNM for thunder, tonberry for Light will prolly be faster than the Unions as others mentioned.
