Its been a while since I played, and after returning to the game and seeing all of the new equipment and weapons, I was wondering what were the caps on all the stats now? (Haste use to be +25% I believe?) I'm wondering if Store TP caps at 100, and what + Accuracy goes to.

uh

Gear haste still caps at 25%, but you need 26% in visible gear haste to hit 25% due to rounding

Store TP cap isn't attainable, so don't worry about it

Accuracy caps at 95%
