Might be a bit of a stupid question here.. But is this an expansion that will need to be brought, or is this just showcasing the limit break quest that could be coming up?
If you already have the current game you will not need to buy anything, the limit breaks are comming with 2.0 same as everything else for ARR. If you want the PS3 version that you do need to buy.
the way SE has worded it recently is that ARR is essentially an entirely new game to replace the current XIV, and is not an expansion. an like Ina said, as long as you are a registered player of XIV, you will get the download of 2.0 for free.
also... did i see Meteor :o Yes thats the blm limit break, from what they have said you charge it as a party then one member executes it and it varies by job.
