Fishing Mule Help Please!

So i am working on a Lu Shangs on my main character. But with the ability to only catch 200 Fish a day, it would take me 50 days of catching 200 Moat Carp to get a Lu Shangs. Because of this, i decided to make a mule character and have it fish also. But it can only catch 10 Fish per day. So i pretty much assumed there is some sort of new character can only catch 10 Fish Per day rule so what im wondering is, how do i remove that 10 fish per day limit on my mule character. Thanks for your help!

Wait two weeks, and get your mule to level 20. SE did this to get rid of RMT. Also, just buy Lu Shang's and sell it later.

Believe you level it past 20, wait at least two weeks, and make sure you fish on the level 20+ job.

char has to be level 20 and after conquest tally should be able to do 200

So What should I do? My character is above level 20 and many weeks old, yet I am still unable to fish up more than 10 items before every attempt is "Unable to catch anything"
