Coming Back As RNG, Few General Questions

Hey guys, I'm finally back after quitting when the 90 cap came out, and am looking to get pretty hardcore back into Ranger again. Few general/technical questions hoping you can answer:

1. Yes I'm going for annihilator, what would generally be the best ws set for it?

2. With an annihilator, is there any real reason to get a yoichi or gandiva? (I'm talking generally overall, not the one situation where one may outperform anni)

3. What is also a good general tp build/subjob choice for anni rangers?

1. i'd look at the ranger forums here there is a long thread specifically on Anni gear sets, but your mostly going to want to gear for last stand.

2. no only time you'll want a bow is for procing on VW you may however want an armagedeon, access to wildfire is nice when you are up against physically resistant monsters.

3. once again i'd reference the annihilator thread for gear sets, as far as subs go pretty much /war all the way.

1. go 5/5 on merited WS Last Stand. it outperforms all other WS, so fully gear for it

2. Make an Armageddon, at least to 85. Wildfire rocks on physical resistant mobs. Gandiva is fun in abyssea, where you can cap crit rate and damage, but you wont use it outside unless you need a proc.

3. check the gear threads for specific gear sets. /war and /sam are your top two combos
