Resize / Move Various Plugins

I can not find anywhere on how to move attainment. I can make it bigger, but it is cut off at the bottom of my screen. I want to move the Y up a few points.

I also want to move distance. It is currently inside the send / receive box.

I would like to make the guildwork raid info bar in the upper left hand corner bigger so I can actually read it. The Y on it is fine but moving the X would be cool too.

While we are at it I would love to be able to move Zonetimer too.

I also can not get any setting to put a box behind info bar so you can read it in front of a whited out sky.

I play on a 39" LCD TV so the resolution is 1900x1080. Infobar, PetTP, Clock, and recast I am able to move all of these just fine.

I found 1/2 of an answer to one of the above.

Here is how to move the GW plugin. (I still can't re-size it)

You need the Text.dll
And you have to input the command to move it every log in.

I tried to make it auto in the ini file but no go
