There can be multiple characters with the same name on different servers, and we can't assume the character you're reporting is on the same server as you. (There is no character named "Bookey" on Shiva, for instance, and there's two on other servers.)
Your report is also more likely to be seen and processed faster if you send a PM directly to Scragg or myself with the info, rather than posting here. Hades Trinsie.
