hello everyone


can someone tell me how to remove my credit card infromation from payment on Square Enix management .

I appreciate any help

update payment method > unregister

the problem is

There is no registered card information.
but when i went to buy crystal , i can find my last 4 digit number

then contact SE's support, 9-5 pst.

why do you want to remove it anyway? kind of pointless.

edit: when I went to do mine, it acted like it was going to unregister whatever card I had registered, I didn't actually do it as I don't want to remove my card, but from the looks of it, it didn't let you select, it just does it automatically.

Try the proper section that I said.

double edit: you buy crysta through a service, you don't have a direct linked card, you'll have to remove it from whatever service you buy it from, whether thats shitinbuy or ultimategamer.

then cancel your service accounts, you don't need to remove the card...

Hmm. If you remove your card information SE/PlayOnline should not charge you unless you have past dues or something like that.

If your super concerned with SE charging you next payment cycle. Just call your bank and say you had your wallet stolen. They will send you a new card and automatically deactivate the old card number.

This can be done in the branch of your bank, some will actually provide you with a temporary VISA or debit card.
