Quick advice. If you going to join a run.

-Don't complain,
-Don't afk
-Don't fudge up the run
-Don't talk ***about people been afk then you go afk w/o saying nothing.
-Don't join a run if you know you are not going to be able to end it.
-I should start posting names and video/screen shots of the ***people do in these pug's I was thinking these people did not exist.... Fudged my winning streak at 20 fail!

In my server i had a superb pw shout yesterday where the ally leader d/c after the first bc and came back online like 1h later only to re d/c. Shits happen all the time. All you can do is suck it up and remember those you dont want to group with, and well, not group with them.

The biggest complaint I see on Cerb is how your runs are poorly organised. Spending near on 2 hours in one Provenance run is fail.

If you organised things better, people wouldn't be running out of time as you state. Learn how to set things up properly, not half-assed like you always seem to do, and you'll find the problems you've listed will go away.

You need to learn assertiveness, not just sitting back if things go slightly badly and hoping that it'll work out well in the end. Adapt as required.

Only thing that really irritates me is after 3-4 runs having to wait while 1 person has to grab more stones...

The biggest complaint I've ACTUALLY seen on cerb when I'm in port jeuno is that there isn't a VW shout going on and that they'd wish someone would shout.
One way to avoid this, don't discourage the people who actually try to get things done.

AVN does a great job in vw no need to run him down some times its people that make stuff take longer than it should but i do a lot of runs with him and i don't complain

A leader can correct the people and adapt the alliance. An alliance cannot amend the leader.

Avn has no clear strategy of his own. For Prov, he asked me for advice on setups. He's not capable of thinking on his feet if things aren't straightforward, which is what gives people cause for complaint.
