They still sell Vanilla Coke here in Detroit. :O

EDIT: We still have like half of these...
cept crystal pepsi... but I miss the ***out of it.
When my dad used to buy it for us he would put food coloring in it
so we could have it any color we wanted.

The second anyone logs in they are technically wasting their life on an entertainment product. If the game makes you butthurt, log out and do something else...

Yes, it's an entertainment product for me to waste time, because that's the main reason why I pay for it right?

So when they slap customer's face like this, I'm not entertained for the time and money I spent on and I have right to rant.

Edit: It's just like, I want to pay for an RTS game, I heard Starcraft is awesome, so I spent 200 hour of my time to save money for it, after I installed it Blizzard secretly updated the game and made it into a RPG, which isn't what I paid for and wasted time for.
You can't just tell me to "get over it because it's just a vid game" like this.

This is kind of like how people had huge video cassette collections, or more recently dvd collections. Now that new technology came out theirs is being left behind. In many cases its not relevant and they spent years and thousands of real dollars building those collections.

The point is why get bent out of shape that technology changed? Sure you spent effort on stuff that is no longer top of the line. Stuff changes all the time, but once you get the new stuff you will experience a totally new dynamic. The game (and world) are changing. To be stuck in the past because we invested into it only makes us grouchy and holds us back from our potential.

RC is still around, and quite common. Here's one I love that's not discontinued, but regional and only sold at specialty shops in Oklahoma.

Rather than soon, I hope that whatever next announcement is they actually think deeply about the words used and their meaning.

Wouldn't hurt if they stopped doing announcements that either say nothing or say things wrong. This Matsui is very clumsy so far, remind me of when I talk to women.

Anyone know if Japanese reacted in a bad way, too? I didn't pay attention to the gaijins yet.

They stopped Vanilla coke in the south of France a decade ago, like they stopped the Cherry coke for a while too. Sadness.

Yeah - JPs have been vocally threatening to quit and that's extraordinary behavior for them

Indeed.

They'll have to react then, they have literally no choice.

Yeah but I think your arguement is missing a key component. Now say, you had to climb Mount Everest to get your casettes. Now the story changes.

Yes and no.

What if you love climbing? What if the sole fact of climbing stuff makes you happy?

I personally enjoyed the journey much more than the destination. I enjoyed the duo Dynamis for both of my relics with a friend, we had lots of laugh, I enjoyed my Salvage spam back in the days because I had the same fun.

Yeah I know what you're saying but you know what I mean, it's hard to let something go with that much emotion entwined into it.

I did, but I did Einherjar back when it came out so it was actually an every 3 days thing where ampoules were more or less useless.

Oh yes it is, I had it hard when I had to store every single piece of Usukane I have, and I was very happy when it finally came back from the graveyard.

I guess I'm not really upset because I believe RMEs will come back from the graveyard, too.
