Gorgets Vs. Stats

Non merit multi hit WS get the bonus from gorgets on the first hit only.
It also depends on what the base ftp for the WS is.

If the WS has a base ftp of 2.75, gorget will only increase it to 2.85
If it only has a base of 0.8 ftp, then the 0.1 is a much higher boost.

The other thing is merit vs non merit multi hit ws.
A non merit 5 hit ws with 1.0 ftp, using gorget (only effects first hit) gives you a total ftp of 5.1 for the WS.
A merit 5 hit WS with 1.0 ftp, using gorget (applies to all hits) gives you a total of 5.5 ftp for the WS.

also depends on if you need the acc.

I could be wrong, but thats the assumption i've been running with.
