IP Ban? You have a static IP or something? Try to see if you can get a new DHCP lease. I can't imagine they would IP-ban random IPs considering 2 people could be on the same DHCP block. You did use a different email to sign up, right?

It doesn't even let me sign up, and when i try connecting with facebook (didn't do that on the previous account) it just says that I'm banned.

I've heard livestream is easy to setup but is kinda complete ***, and there's ustream too.

Unless you can't create because it's a suspension, so it's still technically there.

EDIT: The original said suspension...not a full ban.
