85 Empy

Is it even worth the time to build an empy if you know you not gonna take it past 90?

Was leveling cor and rng and was thinking of building an empy to kill 2 birds with one stone. Is it worth it or are delve weapons so much better?

Armageddon I think remains one of the few useful emps at lower levels due to wildfire. In this case, especially for cor then yes you can easily get away with a lv90 arma. The only downside with rng is that wildfire won't usually be your staple WS, so your dps will be way down compared to delve weapons.

TLDR:
For cor, Armageddon rocks
For rng, Armageddon has uses, but for general use its lackluster

You n build it up to the part where it will split from EMpy/WoE. Chances are by end of summer REM's will be updated. This may include WoE weapon skills unlocked. If you have all NM's done already the rest will be easy.

If not, its only one to two weeks you lose of gameplay.

Unless a new (and potent) elemental WS is introduced, wildfire will always have a use, so in that sense theres very little chance of any 'lost gameplay'.
