Hello all. I'm currently debating on getting my drg a Chanar. All I have for polearms atm is the STR trial, and the OaT trial.
would the Chanar be worth it, or would my existing polearms do good enough before I can upgrade to a better one (ie naktual)?

Hi there!
From what I've read throughout these forums, the OaT is the best polearm to use as a side-arm until either, a) somethihg better comes out, or b) you're able to make the Mythic, Ryunohige. The Ophidian Trident is also decent I've read as well, utilizing the DEX/Acc path. I could be wrong though ^-^' Ty for the feed back.
Why cant we drgs ever get anything nice in the AH :(? Ryunohige at 99 is still more powerful than Upukirex, with the 30% bonus to Drakesbane, always critical jumps, attack and accuracy + aftermath, not to mention the occasionally attacks 2-3x after using Drakesbane. Granted, Upukirex is far easier to obtain than Ryu, but serves as a good stepping stone on the path toward it. :)
