Looking to get a group together to do the Yumcax (the tree)!

Date: Wed, July 24th (tomorrow from this post)
Time: 6:30pm PDT

Post here if interested so I can get a list of people ready.
Try to be on and ready on/before that time so we can gather together.

Will have to fight our way out there, so, the more people ready, the earlier we can get to it!

We will be needing lots of SMN, COR, WHM, PLD, but also DDs for adds.

You need to spam Aero spells to kill it's aura, it's aura gives it a strong regen. Mostly the answer on why it takes so long.

We had that covered, we were in a stable position then people came in and started pulling hoards of mobs to where all the mages were standing, we just about coped with that, in fact we only had to take a wipe at 3% because doom killed all the plds.

It truly wasn't bad, but that 3% wipe was slightly dumb. People wouldn't stay down when they weren't in good places to get up, so they kept dragging more mobs to people near start that had already gotten up.

Could have been worse, could have been better.

I still think that wipe @ 3% was planned by someone to weed out AFKers. Maybe I am just being paranoid, but....

I got the GA then was able to get the gloves from the "Order Up" quest. So I am satisfied! :D

How does Order Up work? I was reading the wiki on the quest and didn't mention the ability to select an item.

You have to complete the T1s 1st before Reja will accept T2s. But of course you need to have a complete set.

ah gotcha, I was able to search the NPC and see the ability to get Item after the quest is done. Thanks for the help :)

You also must have Rank 4 in Adoulin to be able to accept the quest.
Also be careful as there are 2 quests (maybe just 1) that can lock you out of doing it.

P.S. You can do the WKRs before or after the quest. I had the first 3 done and 1 of the second set when I did mine. Was able to choose piece from first 3 right after finishing quest.
