The 3D on the 3DS is notable because you don't need glasses. While the technology to do that has existed for a couple years, it hasn't been implemented on anything other than personal projects until now.

The campaign for Crysis 2 was amazing. Even on Xbox 360.
Xbox is currently the "PS2 limitations" of the console world, and it keeps impressing me year after year. PS2 is capable of much more than what SE claims it's capable of, the big problem is that Sony only allowed a certain amount of partition space.
The reason I'm asking, is because in the multiplayer for Crysis, I get horrendous lag almost every game. I'm wondering if it's just me or if everyone has the problem.
I'm not kidding, I get 3+ second delay at times.

I'd frequently join Free For All games where half the people were at 1 bar connection, and the rest were at 2 bar. My own connection always showed 5 bars though so that's why I'm thinking it's most likely my own problem rather than a whole server problem.

I think I read somewhere there's a converter for DS/DSi (idk bout 3DS) but I can't find it on google.
Also, Portable means you can play it anywhere in the house, the city, the world, while waiting for class to start, so on. You can't bring your PS3 or 360 to school with you (unless you're that nerdy to carry a dufflebag with the console and one of those portable TV screens).
Also, your PS3 or 360 can't take 3D pictures so nyeh =P

IDK probably just issues with it being inside the initial launch and since. I'm guessing Cry2 sold more copies than expected because people should be bored with black ops by now. No way that game could hold people for ~1 year like MW2 did...then again MW2 was without a doubt the most polished FPS at launch (1. MW2 2. homefront 3. Medal of honor) But my guess is maybe some people have realized black ops is a giant unpolished pile of ***.

If I was gonna crack at rows bad game choice I'd go for things like epic mickey of Dissidia 012 though. Everyone who bought 012 knew it wasn't a full game it was just a re-release with some nice tweaks and new characters.

Crysis 2's multiplayer has all the elements required to overthrow MW2 in my mind (Someone limited selection of weapons, though. Only like 15 or so total across all 6 weapon categories). Great maps and a large selection of them for a starting lineup, very good controls, and a perfect balance between fast-paced action and slow, calculating efforts.
My only complaints, aside from the connection issues, are the limited weapons and the somewhat overpowered nature of Cloaking. Seems like everyone sits in corners with it, but then again camping *** comprise the majority of most games shortly after their releases.

I wasn't a fan of the original Dissidia, but from what I hear, the new one fixed all the problems with the original. Haven't played it or even seen any gameplay, but it's on good terms in my mind.

TBH cloaking is one thing holding me back from it. I see a lot of BS coming from it. IMO I think Homefront could easily overthrow it, my only complaint...which is the same as yours about Crysis is the guns. it has like 12-13 guns. But kills rewards are much more epic then that game than any other.
Edit. Overthrow MW2 that is. I hold Crysis in it's own field ya know with the kind of people who are "OMG NEW HALO" because Crysis has the unrealism....I think Crysis is what halo should have been. IDK I guess I'm bitter towards halo because Halo 3 and Reach both had bleh multiplayer.

Cloak isn't like Halo's Active Camo. A perceptive player, i.e. one trained on quickscoping like myself, would be able to find them very easily. And cloak leaves you at a huge disadvantage if you get seen, as you lose 100% of your energy as soon as you shoot when cloaked, meaning no Armor for you. Someone that takes 10 hits to kill will always win over someone that's slightly hidden and takes 2 hits to kill, regardless of who would have the terrain advantage.
