I agree as well, but some stuff it takes time to part with. It took me a year and someone's house burning down to convince my wife we didn't need her grandmother's furniture. When a local family lost everything in a fire, I convinced her to donate it all to them.

It'd most likely be temporary. I'd want to get rid of that monthly fee pretty quickly. I bought my entertainment recliners for like $700 on clearance. They're an ugly red color but it was the last they had. I'm not sure if I could even get half that for them.
Those would be awesome in the basement game room that I plan on finishing at some point in time!

idk to me $50 a month is a lot to have stuff sit in a room I can't use.
guess I'm just a cheap ***. Don't you have anything that is sentimental that you cannot part with? When you downsize living arrangements or move in with someone, you have to put that stuff somewhere.
I used to collect Barbies and in my apartment, I had a room that they were displayed in. Then I moved in with my BF and we had a child. We didn't have the space anymore, so I packed them all up and put them in storage. I now own my home and have a guest bedroom, but I think it would be tacky to have it covered in Barbies if I have company staying. I still love my Barbies, so I would never part with them (especially because the majority are from my mother who is deceased). I have a son, so I can't decorate his room with them.
$50 is worth the cost of keeping things you cannot part with just yet. Eventually you may get to that point and sell everything, but until you are ready $50 is justifiable.
considering I can just squeeze all my stuff into a single room, it doesn't matter if I do...
uncomfortably though...

Now have I have two useless discs. My BF loaded it up for the last week before the servers were shut down. It was crazy how many people were logged in doing random stuff that final week. People we haven't talked to in YEARS! Our son even ran around playing on daddy's SK for fun!

out of curiosity, what server were you on Elspetta? I was on Ferran's Hope as a Dark Elf Cleric lol (and a level 20 Elf Druid) Marr's Fist, I had a Dark Elf Cleric as well (my druid was only 20ish too and camped by the ice dragon up in sky for LOS rezzing =D). Elspetta was my Hume Aeromancer.

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.
We can cover any sort of topic at all, within reason of the forum rules. No real main topic, just a bunch of FFXIAH friends/people coming on and discussing random things.

Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
