EDIT: He was the one who had to listen to people ***. He started taking some anxiety medicine because of it. HOAs are usually hit or miss... Not all regulate exactly what your front yard looks like either...

Nobody wants their property values to go to ***because Cleetus has a junker on his lawn, and Paco has all of his extended family and their kids living in one house. But still, if you're going to have a $150,000 to $300,000 mortgage, you should be able to do what you want (within reason) on your property.
