I'm a very light sleeper. I remember once overnight, my brother knocked over his lamp and the bulb broke and I woke up and thought someone broke in lol. Thought it was just a dream at first tbh
I am a deep sleeper. Can sleep thru a tornado. But put me around my nieces and my paternal instincts kick in and I wake up each time they wake up n want something. Lol
Yesterday morning I woke up with a stiff neck.
