You missed a couple of gems in your absence, BTW...
1.) Fracking doesn't cause earthquakes, but garbage trucks, grenades, and dinosaurs do!
2.) Why didn't the slaves simply run?
3.) Women have a hidden ovulation period! Those crafty ***!

Oh the gold that has been mined here at FFXIAH Industries. Long must one shovel through the mountains of *** but when you overturn that rock and see the glinting shimmer of "What did I just read?" it's all worth it.

The post count thing was mentioned earlier, I can understand the point after...
I wish I had a total number of reports I've gotten from within locked threads, but one day I had 21 reports stacked up from someone who read back and was offended by a thread that had been locked for three days. I really don't see how it matters if it's locked or nuked if it's going to be one of the two. I could assume you guys are concerned about post counts..which doesn't drop when a thread is nuked. Ok maybe i'm missing something with post counts, but really who the hell cares about that?
It's more about this to me
Considering that even in P&R, some actual useful information is discussed or linked (even if it is rare), nuking a thread is just bad policy.
Or this
I don't care about post count, but if a worthwhile conversation has been had I think it shouldn't just disappear. Discussion often offers learning too, or simply opens new points of view you didn't consider before.
It's my opinion that it is always worth leaving it for others to read.

Go back and read! :p Although I did miss that (I didn't read back quite far enough), my point was more that the thread got nuked because someone got upset that the conversation turned against him. Again.
And that's why it's frustrating to nuke threads, especially at the request of the OP or whomever else is dragging things directly into the quagmire: it's a cheap move to save face that removes all the cogent counterarguments that motivated it.

Today is going nuts, asking me to go drive for 3 hours to rescue a mechanic on the road when I have 20 minutes free today.
Nope shockingly I can't drive 300 km in 20 minutes, I don't drive ford trucks at the speeds of airplanes down the highway. I do. 300ci I6 is a damn good engine.

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.

Kungfu is the LS nutjob, spouting super random things that are usually sexist, until Savvy or Alyria comes into the room. Then he's a classic case of sexual harrassment. Rumaha is also true to the second part; we're wondering about his sexuality though.

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
