It might be conditioned, but oil, vinegar, mustard based dressings are my end all be all, so I doubt I would be paying attention. EDIT: What's the southern obsession with ranch?!? Who in their right mind dubbed ranch the default?

I'm sorry. It's "salad cream."
 It's basically mayo with a slightly different ratio of the oil:eggs emulsion, and sometimes with additional flavoring added (coincidentally, the regular addition is mustard. So we're both getting our condiments ruined by the other's, Meshi. Leave it to the Brits.)
