Wait, what does religion have to do with it?

Misa duped you, I wrote 'rocky horror picture show'.

One day. Some day.

Not this year. Probably not next year.

But before I turn 40, I'm going to get the stones to go to a Halloween party as Dr. Frank N. Furter.

Driving to Philly through the hurricane like an idiot to go see a concert tonight.

Potentially creating and consuming a gin bucket after said concert, thus bringing Saturday plans to ??? status.

Sunday, I recover.

It depends on who you're seeing. If it's Kanye West, then yeah, you're an idiot. However, if it's a band like Foo Fighters, then you couldn't be less idiotic.

My wife and I went to our youngest son's orchestra concert last night. The freshmen second chair violin soloist choked in the clutch... but that's not my son's group and I doubt very many other people noticed.... /shrug

then near the end... a teenybopper girl leans over our row and starts talking a million miles an hour to who I suspect was her father.

and so I lean over and give the guy a taste of my "I am going to kill your whole family slowly while you watch" look and he quickly interrupted her and they quickly left the theater..

I looked for them once the concert was over but unfortunately I was unable to locate them....I really wanted to tell that guy about the summer I spent gelding horses....

Nikolce. The evilist of evil villains. He lives only to spread chaos and discord. A master of mayhem, proprietor of pain, duke of death, his darkness knows no bounds. He follows no rules but his own, single rule: there are no rules. Law is his enemy, order his nemesis...

...but God help you if you try to disturb an orchestra concert. For at that very moment, Nikolce will put aside his hatred for law and order, and will instead enforce it. Brutally.

All he's asking for is a little civility and respect for the arts.

That's not too much to ask for, and it's certainly well in line with the distinguished evil gentleman's playbook.

My summmer camp was drinking heavily in an elementary school playground. I feel like I might have missed out on some formative experiences.

My summer camp activity was being the youngest member on staff (15 y/o) among a bunch of college kids. I learned a lot that summer that's served me well.

...it actually also made me a bit of a loner for a couple of years in high school because once you've grown accustomed to hanging out with 18-22 year olds, going back to hanging out with 15-16 year olds is a pretty big step down. You've been introduced to humor and...other concepts...that make the age-level stuff kind of...boring.

But still. It was an overall positive experience.

The arts are fantastic. I believe it to be the one area where both good and evil may unite to squash the ignorant and disrespectful.

Not only can they, there's nearly an (im)moral imperitive to do so.

P&R did not make for a good waiting room read. Glad Rooks laid out his internal quibble with P&R before another "OMG! Ni-spiracy!" moment.

Thumbs up for the "Respect is earned," blurb, Mos.
