please stop *** over the middle-classs plz? k thnx like, raising min. wage to $15? good *** luck at making that last. everything else will skyrocket, especially housing, schools and necessities, and guess what, you are dragging people down with you! "but your employer can just adjust your salary every year" .... not likely, when everyone with a min salary will just get a bigger boost, because it is required by law. "i am sorry, we dont have much money left, here have a quarter raise" ***. yeh yeh, i know it wont hit the $15 till like 5 years or so, still doesn't change how shitty this is. why fight to raise the min wage? no! fight to keep cost of living and ***down! ***. where is my redbull and my kraken?

So I checked some delivery options. Since 2002 our post delivery does not accept coins in letters anymore (too much stealing), and the cheapest package to USA is 16€ by them. They hand over their packages to USPS (which can sometimes result in lost packages when it is unclear wether a package got already exported from Germany or imported to America).
I still have to check companies which transport in both countries (and how to give them even the package as they are rather unimportant here due to the size of the German Post). Getting coins from the Bundesbank branches (with their short time windows) restrict the handout of these coins. 1 coin per person per day. So that route will be impossible for 3 coins even if I took a day off. I also wasn't able to find which normal banks hand them out so far, besides one (which orderd 50 coins) being 300km away <.<; source for that have been newspapers who asked several banks but only got a positive response from that one store. But I will continue to research that. As for Online shops there are only 2 with reasonable prices. The official one with 5€ per coin (up to 5) but hefty delivery cost for America 29,75 +90cent for letter with a bill. An other one has delivery cost of just 13,95€ which already includes a 4€ insurance. But they only sell the coin in a set with a cheap watch (their profit must be generated there). the set of 1 coin 1 watch is 10€, but it also requires for foreigners to pay with a debit card (Eurocard or VISA) picture of the cheap watch here: https://www.mdm.de/5-euro-muenze-deutschland-blauer-planet All unofficial shops start with the shipping mid May. Despite the release date being today, the official shop does not have a buy option still.. <.< Whoever manages the selling of these coins should be fired. The lack of information is a mess. Will continue to look on this case.
