I kept one round thinking I could, at some point, pull the bullet and mic it. I think it might be a .45 ACP bullet which is .002"-.003" too small for jacketed and these are hard cast. The one I recovered looks like it doesn't have much rifling bite on it.
Jacketed ammo is fine through it.

Okay. So, I remembered what I originally wanted to ask this morning. My nephew (age eight) wants to start playing the Pokemon card game after being introduced via Pokemon Go, and this was one of his requests for Christmas. For those who played as a kid, does it matter what starter deck I get him? Can I get him a bunch of decks as a multi-stocking-stuffer or scavenger hunt? Should I just cop-out and toss him some cash? (That's not as fun as actually unwrapping to an eight-year-old.)
I'm getting him Pokemon Sun and Moon, the *** is up with the cards, though?  Any advise on this would be appreciated.

In my group of friends Pokemon cards were like fruit cake; you know how someone will give you a fruit cake and you never actually eat it and just end up throwing it out? We'd get Pokemon cards, trade them, etc. We'd never play the card game.
