When I have a headache I use Paracetamol, 1 gram pills (metric go!).
Like I mentioned in another thread tiger balm helps with migraines without having to take pills, it doesnt help for everyone though. But rubbing some beneath your nose and on your head might help.
Secondly, a happy stomach is a happy body, Try altering your eating pattern, you might be amazed what it does to repitive physical nuisances.
Thirdly, I'm no doctor, I just know migraines/headaches suck and I hope they dont bother you to much :)

Yeah, caffeine has both triggwred and aided my migraines I think some foods have triggered it as well, but I'm less sure about those I luckily have not yet experienced an aura with my migraine, but I can't see how essentially going partially blind would help my migraine
