Never underestimate fast cast when you have spells where casting/recast speed can matter! Though generally don't gear for it unless you get it with other stuff or sacrifice little.

Relic belt, lose the feet after cast start or put them in mid cast or w/e the way to macro them is, and Idk what that ring even is put on a MND ring.
Edit**
Take off bomb after 30mp gone, and use the earring as macro and get a mnd earring for end etc

With that set, I'm not sacrificing much, and it's a huge improvement over what I am using.

I'd prefer novia to roundel on all cures but cura and cure 5 anyways unless its nothing but short fights with decent/good tanks. Makes me wish rdm still had cure 5 QQQQQQQ

How would -enm beat 5% cure potency? Id rather lose a MND ring and MND in another slot for enm- then lose that 5% potency.

I don't think she has the maccro set to do funny things like swapping in and out during casting. Also that ring is -4emnity which definitely greater then 5mnd. Same as -emnity ranged is better than 1 mnd. Given her gear 1mnd will only add about 1-2 more hp cured on cure 5 and like 1/3 an hp for cure4 according tot he cure calculator

If you take hate as a WHM you're tank is doing it wrong, your job is to heal ppl, make it up in a different slot idc where you do it because 5% is a chunk and optimized your MP the most.

Yeah Ruma's got it right, by the time the whm has hate...***ha sgone way wrong. 98% of the time hate is lost it's a DD going overboard or a missed sata.

Or your fighting for longer than 20 min. Remember it only takes about 13k total hp cured assuming you do nothing else to reach the CE cap. Getting anywhere near that is bad juju seeing as cures can and do produce alot of VE and tanks can't stay at the cap with all the shadows getting eaten and dmg being taken. For example an interesting example curing a 75 player actually gets more hate per hp cured than per hp dmg dealt to lvl 80+ mobs. Now think about big cures and curagas. Now that's just purely whm veiw since other than cures whm has no big CE though bars/protrectra/shellra and na's produce nice VE.
Now from rdm POV... well your debuffing and buffing. Blind produces half the VE of flash/stun. para/slow half as much as that. Dispel produces almost double the CE that flash/stun does while still doing a good 1/4 the VE. Haste and refresh provide about that much VE too.
And sch... yeah they produce rediculous VE with there stoneskinga/phalanxgaing. Like the same amount as sentinel each.

I hate being main healer on rdm as the only rdm there or the only competent one fighting anything that takes longer than 20-30min. Especially with pld/nin tanks. Those debuffs and buffs and dispells put me into decent hate and sometimes stuns. Not as bad with nin/drks since they just spam the ***out of those same spells and even better ones I try to stay away from unless I'm kiting crowd controling or both lol.

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
