Depending on what you're fighting you should have at least 1-2 RDM/DRKs for stunnage. However, since nobody can get those nifty WHM job abilities by subbing it, I think there would be more benefits subbing black mage if there were to be a need for nuking yet still maintaining a decent ability to cure as well, which will mostly come from gear rather than whatever MND, MP or traits come from /WHM.
Meanwhile BLM gives you something useful for that initial objective: MAB. Or you can get the best of both worlds and just /SCH :D

Your LS cancels scheduled events because of not enough people, because they either leave the LS or because they don't wanna deal with you. I'm not talking 2-3 people, but 30+ people.
Maybe if you'd stop being that jerk that makes people leave and having to get new members every day, you'd have a full house in every Einherjar, Dynamis, Sky, Sea and (now) Abyssea runs with extra jobs to spare.

Don't have to be in endgame to enjoy the game. Find good friends and lowman everything you're able to. Pushing the boundaries of what you're able to get away with is fun. If you wipe then oh well. Lesson learned or try again. Also if you really want the fancy stuff, you can always team up to make big bank with money drops/ENM/BCNM etc. and merc whatever it is you want.

RDM/BLM should have less cure potency. MP amount will change as well. That's about it. Well along with curing, no /whm means no erase and ***like that.

Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
