New Skirmish Gear Effects

anyone confirm if cure potency received work on HB yet ?

I just tested it...doesn't work. Getting 365 either way.

whats the best TP set under 2 hour for delve bosses? - Also what about any set changes under buffs / Embrava ?

running some numbers....

Drgs shouldn't 1 hour under Embrava WITH BUFFS on.

when you have Buffs - like SV march x1 and Haste - its just dead haste by a good 25 % or you would require 0 haste in a TP build...and you will lose your nice jumps from pet out.

if you can split apart the use of your 1 hour and Embrava affect you could maximize duration under capped haste and dps with the following.

1. SV Marchx1 + Haste + 1 hour OR Embrava = needs 12 %(10 Ionis) gear haste to CAP TOTAL haste

or to cover some other potential scenarios

1. SV Marchx1 OR Haste + 1 hour AND Embrava + Hasso = needs 5%(3 Ionis) gear haste

2 Marchx1 or Haste + Hasso = Needs 26 % gears and only at 50/80 % cap

3. Marchx2 AND Haste + Hasso = Needs 26 % gears and then at 79/80 % cap

4. NO BUFFS needs 1 hour AND Embrava + Hasso and 26 % haste gears which puts you at 75 (77 Ionis) /80 % haste cap still !

5. Embrava + Hasso + Haste or a March = needs 26 % gears 52(54ionis)/80

6. Embrava+Hasso + Haste + x2 March = needs 26 % gears =66(68)/80
