Playonline Opening Off Screen And Unmovable [Solved]

Basically, when i open POV via vanillaPOV or Windower (ive tried as administrator on both as well) POV will open off to the side of my screen WAY outside of the clickable space on my screen to where i cant move it or do anything to it. Has anyone had this happen before? How do i fix it?

I did something like that before.

I was dualboxing with dual monitors on the same PC. After playing, I shut down both instances and reverted back to 1 monitor. Later on, tried to open POL and it opened in the position where it was previously on the second monitor even though it wasn't active.

To fix this, I had to turn on the second monitor and drag POL back over.

Not saying this is your case but it's very similar.

If anything, you could try right clicking on the bottom bar (not Start) and press Cascade Windows. Should line up all windows open.

ill try that now, the last time i started windower i moved XI to my second monitor. (but just to clearify, it didnt go to my second monitor, its way off to the side of my first monitor opposite where my second screen joins it :<)

I don't see why it didn't...

its just odd..its NEVER done that with any other programs and it hasnt done that with POV til now >_<'

Well, I developed a habit to drag windows over to my primary monitor before closing them. The POV isn't the only thing I've experienced doing that...

Did you try the Cascade Windows thing yet?

i do get that(just for clarification: you mean the icon when the program is open?)

Yeah.

Ok, do this. Right click the taskbar icon. See if you can select Move. Don't touch anything after clicking it because you'll lose your mouse pointer. Finally, just hit the left arrow on the keyboard until it comes into view.

I HAD thought of that earlier but i was trying to click and drag for whatever reason (herpderp).

Any idea why it would do that, so i dont have that happen again?

Probably a fluke in where it remembers what position where it shut down at. Doesn't matter now. You know how to fix it if it happens again. :D

Yea, the sky was falling cause ive never seen a program do that EVER!
