I seem to be not able to log in from select character screen. I chose my character then it says downloading data then says no response from final fantasy server.

Anyone get this too?

happen some times after a dc if you log in to fast, or a problem with the connection. Id try waiting a while before logging in again. And since you arnt playing, mine as well restart comp and reset connection while waiting... just for the hell of it.

Ok thanks. I found out the answer. We changed a router and router wasn't strong enough.

I once had that problem when I was using a uni network that had UDP blocked, wouldn't get past the "downloading data" screen, might want to check ports if you want to use that router.
