Square Enix Account

So i was trying to log into FFXIV the other day and it said i had to change my password because it was too weak, i figured okay not too hard. so i go to the square enix account management thing and try to log in so i can change my password and it says my account has been suspended and a link to change my password has been sent to the email connected to my square enix account. problem is i think the email was sent to my moms and ive got her to check it, but it must have been sent to junk and got deleted...... any idea how to un-suspend my account or change the password so it lets me log in?

Go the the mog station and click Forgot your ID or password?

It's going to send the change password to your mom account again. Try and get it or tell her to unblock SE account email so it does not get deleted this time.

thanks, that worked. i started playing when i was too young so it wouldnt let me put my age and stuff so mom set it up lol. thanks so much! now i can go hangout with my friends!
