Hey guys I recently got a New Laptop and I got windower going but I forgot how to make it so that 2 windows are open at the same time. Can someone help me out. Much appreciated~

You run windower twice.

You run windower twice.


I try that but once I start up the second window it shuts down the one already open.

Is it a User Account Control thing? Does the screen darken a bit and ask you to confirm that you want to run windower?

Are you logging into the second window with the same credentials as the first window?

Create 2 windower folders, just copy/paste the first 1 and rename it to like windower 1, then launch an instance from each folder. That's how I've always done it, lol.

Thanks for all the help guys I got it, just had to turn off my security notifications...I suck with Computer stuffs =)

Depending on the Operating system, you don't necessarily have to turn it off, Vista was the pain in that UAC was either on or off, Windows 7+8 allow you to set differing levels of UAC and the 2nd highest level is generally sufficient and not intrusive.

I just run XI in different vmware workstation vms with usb controllers assigned to each, I can even close the window and reopen it and it won't *** up xi.
