Yeah, definitely would want to know why unarmed navy vessels are cruising around Iranian waters.
Paged.. You knew it was coming!

Well, the stage is basically set for the Cruz v. Trump show for the next month at least. Pretty much every news source I can find has crowned those two as being the top debate winners, and I don't see either of them dropping off a polling cliff like Fiorina and Carson.
By Altimaomega 2016-01-15 02:08:53
Trump did pretty bad I think. Still has more than 50% saying he won though. Kinda sad. Kasich stepped up a lot and Rubio is only hurting himself. Carson will be VP because "reasons"
I really don't know what Trump would have to do in able to lose his massive following, its crazy.
Any of them should be able to stomp on Hilary. The remark about her being President and having to go to court after inauguration was stellar.
Oh and Bush and Christy need to go away. Far far away.

Still wondering how those dumb sailors ended up in Iranian waters, I wonder if the Navy will ever clue us in, I'm sure that briefing went well in the WH. I'm a bit more concerned on how they was actually captured.. Haven't looked into it, sounds pretty screwed up though. Well lets see. Two unarmed small craft, crew of 5 each. We have armed inflatable craft in the 35' - 40' range. I'm sure every navy in the world has small armed craft any of which trumps unarmed small craft.
I agree with Vic's question.
....

Oh and Bush and Christy need to go away. Far far away. Again we agree on something. Two somethings actually.

Well I survived the debate, my bottle of merlot however, did not.
Trump looked like a boob, but I think the people liked it.
Cruz would sell his mother's soul for a penny had he not traded it for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in kindergarten.
Bush is trying to appeal to the moderates, but just comes off looking like a democrat in republican's clothing.
Kasich looks like he lost a bag of cocaine at a highway patrol convention.
Ben carson wins for best joke of the night.
Rubio seems desperate.
Christie spent the entire time trying to distance himself from his crybaby buddy Obama, should have just ignored the jab.

Just reminded me of Nik going on and on the other day
yeah the truth hurts sometimes crybaby. maybe break down and buy some butthurt creme... it probably comes fortified with opium in serbis
gold (and all other precious metals) have sucked as an investment for five years straight with gold falling from 2k an ounce down to almost 1k.
all you can do now is hold onto it and pray for an upturn.... maybe it will take off like a rocket.... but who the hell knows?
Look all I ever said was gold has sucked lately. If you choose to take it personally boo *** hoo.
like I said, Maybe next time get your investment advice from someone other than william devane

Or you could just get gold as a long-term investment.
I still have a couple of bars my father bought when I was born. Just looked at the prices, the gain is still well over 50% value.

Something tells me that mayyyyybe you went into this debate with a teensy weensy bit of a negative attitude ahead of time and no matter what occurred this would have been your reaction. If you hate someone then everything they say annoys you no matter what they say.

*Disclaimer*
Nikolce knows JACK DIDDLY SQUAT about investing or anything else for that matter and he is most likely insane... driven mad, perhaps, by haunting memories of bad late night movie actors that appear to him in television commercials and try to sell him things...
"A lie repeated often enough becomes the truth"
The proliferation of television commercials about gold and just about every stinking thing else have reduced once free thinking americans into walking commercial slogan repeating parrots.
I hate talking points, I hate commercials, I hate coupons. I hate parrots...
I hate hearing seemingly intelligent people regurgitate crap they heard on the television or radio as if it's the gospel truth and they thought of it...
/swirls hand around
call it a "pet peeve" if you will...

and yet every day people are sucked into his vortex of evil and are forced to defend positions they never took about things that don't matter to people that don't care one way or another...
no matter how many times I tell them I am busting their balls for my own amusement... they just can't stop themselves...

I guess Amand hit the nail on the head, didn't he?
I mean, when, prior to the debate, you post something like this:
GOP debate tonight, getting pumped. I'm going to drink every time someone lies.
And then follow up with your overly negative analysis of the debate, it's easy to see that you were already having a negative attitude prior to the event.
It's sad that I have to explain this to you, I would have figured that you were intelligent enough to understand this. I guess I was wrong.
I'll try not to assume that you are smart enough to breath and type at the same time for now on.

Jeez, Mos! Stop being so defens...Hold on. I don't think that word is applicable in this situation. Let's try again.
Jeez, Mos! Learn the difference between "defensive" and "offensive". Wait. That's not right.
Jeez, Nik! Still not on it.

I'd lol at nearly every facet of Ted Cruz except sometimes I worry he's absolutely serious and not just an amazingly talented deadpan standup comedian, and people take him seriously.
